회사에서 WSO2의 API-Manager 제품을 도입하려고 합니다.

WSO2는 API를 관리하는 제품인데요. 기반이 오픈소스로 되어있다고 합니다.

홈페이지에서 제품을 다운로드를 받을경우 License의 내용이 아래와 같습니다.

WSO2 SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This WSO2 Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by you and the applicable WSO2 entity, as

described below. If you are an individual accepting this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you

represent that you are authorized to bind the entity to the terms of this Agreement and "You" or "Your" will refer

to the entity bound to this Agreement, not to you as an individual.

단, github에서 소스를 받을경우 아래와 같이 명시되어있습니다. (Apache 2.0 License)

This product is licensed by WSO2 Inc. under Apache License 2.0. The license

can be downloaded from the following locations:

http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html

http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt

github에서 소스를 다운로드 받아, 저희가 커스터마이징하고 상용화 해도 괜찮을까요?

(Apache License2.0의 범위는 어디까지 일까요?)

예를들어 해당 제품의 로고를 변경을 해도 무방할까요?

사용하시려는 소스코드가 product-apim 이라면 정식버전, alpha 버전 모두 Apache-2.0 라이선스 하에 배포되고 있는 것이 맞습니다.

Apache-2.0에 따라 product-apim을 커스터마이징하고 상용화해도 소스코드 공개의무는 없으며, 해당 제품의 로고를 변경할 수 있습니다.

오히려 해당 제품의 이름, 로고, tademarks 등을 함부로 사용하실 수 없습니다.
