위 문서와 같이 수정된 BSD 3조항 라이선스의 경우, (문서의 라이선스 이름은 작성자가 편의상 임의로 붙인 가칭입니다.) 원문에 더해 네트워크상 사용, 수정된 소스 코드 공개 및 라이선스 유지와 특허 조항, 취소 조항, 상표권 제한 관련 조항이 추가되어 있습니다. 그런데 그 조항들의 범위를, 또 GPL 등 전염성 조항이 있는 라이선스와 호환 가능한지 모르겠어서 문의드립니다.

GPL과 충돌한다면 GPLv2, GPLv3, AGPLv3, LGPLv2.1, LGPLv3 중 어느 쪽인가요?
