AGPL 3.0 라이센스를 이용하여 하기와 같이 시스템을 개발하려고 하는데 소스코드 공개 범위가 어디까지인지 궁금해서 문의드립니다.

카메라(WebRTC 송출) <=======> OvenMediaEngine (AGPL 3.0) <=======> WebServer

위와 같은 구성에서 OvenMediaengine은 별도의 수정없이 배포버전 그대로 사용할 예정이며,

WebServer에서는 OvenMediaengine에서 제공하는 API를 통해서 카메라에서 송출된 영상을 스트리밍 또는 정보조회 정도 진행될 예정입니다.

"AGPL-3.0은 GPL-3.0에 네트워크로 상호 작용하는 소프트웨어의 소스 코드도 공개해야 한다" 라는 조항이 있는데 저희가 구성한 케이스의 경우 웹서버 소스까지 공개가 되어야 할까요?

내용을 검토했을때는 별도의 공개의무는 없는것으로 보이는데 확실치가 않아서 문의드립니다.

OvenMediaEngine(AGPL-3.0)을 수정없이 그대로 사용하신다면 AGPL-3.0 제13조에 따라 소스코드 공개의무는 발생하지 않습니다.

13. Remote Network Interaction; Use with the GNU General Public License.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this License,
