웹을 개발하고 있는데, GPL 2.0이 적용된 그래프를 보여주는 오픈소스를 사용하고 있습니다.

GPL2.0의 배포 의미에 웹서비스는 포함되지 않아서,  소스코드 공개 의무가 없는걸로 알고 있습니다.

위와같은 상황에서 몇가지 문의 드립니다.

1. GPL2.0 라이선스를 가진 오픈소스를 저희가 만든 웹페이지에서 보여주는데,

내부가 아닌 외부에서 사용해도 문제가 없는 것으로 해석 했는데, GPL2.0의 원문 어디를 봐야 이부분을 명확하게 해석 할 수 있을까요? GPL 2.0 0조를 보면 될까요?

2. 만약 GPL 2.0 오픈소스를 수정한 경우라면 인터넷을 통해 서비스하더라도, 의무 대상인지 궁금합니다.

1. GPL 2.0 라이선스의 프로그램은 배포 시 의무사항이 발생하므로 말씀하신 바와 같이 웹서비스 형태로 사용하는 경우 의무사항의 적용을 받지 않습니다.

해당 조항은 GPL 제 0조에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
