프로젝트 진행 중에 GPL 문구가 명시된 Header 파일을 사용하게 됬는데요.

해당 파일의 GPL 문구에 "As a special exception" 으로 시작하는

예외 조항이 있는거 같아 문의 드립니다.

짧은 영어로는 해당 헤더 파일을 추가하는것으로는 GPL 라이선스에 적용되진 않는거 같은데요.

문구는 아래와 같습니다.

헤더 파일은 마지막 줄에 명시된 stdarg.h  입니다.

이 파일을 그대로 써도 되는지 알고 싶습니다.
